I’ve been to Goodfields a few times and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always cooked deliciously and the coffee is good as well.
So today I brought my lil bro and parents for brunch – which means I can show you more of what they offer.

Goodfields in Lindfield does an all day menu that has a great selection of items. You get everything from a vegan açai bowl to beef ragu.
There’s french toast if you’re just looking for a light bite or a heartier meal of steak if you’re really hungry. The menu has enough options to satisfy any sort of group you bring here.
This time around we got a Benedict, fish and chips, beef burger and smoked brisket hash.
According to the family, everything was good and I have to agree with them.

My benedict came with poached eggs on top of creamed spinach with house-made hollandaise, all on a crumpet with smoked salmon. The egg was poached perfectly and I really liked the hollandaise sauce with the smoked salmon.

Mum’s fish and chips was a beer battered monk fish, which mum said was very fresh and light. The chips had a nice crunch but still soft inside. Dad’s beef burger consisted of a beefy 180g wagyu patty with american jack cheese, house sauce, lettuce, tomato, milk bunand chips.

Bro’s smoked brisket hash consisted of overnight smoked brisket, smashed potato, fried egg, blistered cherry tomatoes, house pickles and gremolata.
